For over 33 Years
I retired at the end of 2016, finding myself still reasonably young and my feet could not stand still, retirement may not be the best for me at this time. My wife (Zini) advised me to do something. This was the fork in the road on what to do. With being a trainer for a number of years for other companies, and working with Manitoba Justice, Private Investigators and Security Guards Program, I started De Beer Consulting & Security Training and I am an approved trainer for Manitoba Justice under the Private Investigator and Security Guard Programs.
The company grew considerably and my wife Zini joined me in 2017. As a team, we work together developing a Private Investigation Course in 2019.
